Judge, award, and publicize Lancaster County yards and gardens four times a year in cooperation with LCGC

Youth Garden Club Meetings/Poster and Poetry Contests: Carolyn Tolson, Chairman

Organize after-school garden club programs for North Elementary school first graders; promote and publicize Woodsy Owl

and Smokey Bear poster contests; introduce the poetry contest to the 6th graders at Indianland elementary school;

publicize all award winners

Work with residents at the Lancaster Disabilities and Special Needs Center to care for their newly planted spring flowers

provided by the LGC; take individual photos of the Center's clients to place in their flower pots; provide clients and staff with
